1. Duration of Coverage

To honor our commitment to quality, Parterra offers a 24-month international warranty, effective from the date of original purchase. This warranty provides assurance that your watch is free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal conditions of use.


1. Duration of Coverage

This warranty is valid for a period of 24 months (2 years) from the original purchase date, as indicated on your proof of purchase (receipt, order confirmation, or invoice). The warranty is applicable worldwide and follows the customer, not just the original point of sale.


2. Scope of Warranty

The Parterra warranty covers manufacturing defects and faults in materials or craftsmanship, under normal and intended conditions of use. Specifically, this includes:

  • Movement and internal mechanical components: including malfunctions of the Swiss-made automatic or manual movement, provided they result from production faults and not improper handling.

  • Hands, dial, and markers: any detachment or misalignment due to manufacturing error.

  • Watch case: including the titanium case body and its finishing, provided there is no evidence of external impact or misuse.

If a defect covered by the warranty is found, Parterra will, at its discretion:

  • Repair the product at no charge,

  • Replace it with an identical or equivalent model,

  • Or offer a full or partial refund if repair or replacement is not possible.


3. What Is Not Covered

The warranty does not cover the following:

  • Normal wear and tear:
    Including scratches, dents, or fading that naturally occurs from regular use. This applies to:

    • Titanium case surface scratches

    • Sapphire crystal wear

    • Strap (rubber, leather, or fabric) aging or damage

  • Damage resulting from misuse, neglect, or improper handling, such as:

    • Dropping the watch or subjecting it to strong impacts

    • Exposing the watch to environments or conditions beyond its designed specifications (extreme heat, strong magnetic fields, etc.)

    • Operating the crown or pushers while submerged in water

  • Water damage:
    If the watch is exposed to water and the crown was not properly secured or if it was submerged beyond its rated water resistance. Always follow the official Parterra Water Resistance Guidelines.

  • Battery or power reserve depletion (for automatic models, this is natural and not covered unless due to a defect).

  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs:
